How not to be sad about money problems
Many of you no doubt have loans, debts, purchases put off for a long time, necessary things you simply cannot manage to buy, dissatisfaction with your salary — and all of it drains our energy and spoils our mood. It feels as though it was all invented purely to spite us, to make things worse for us.
Men react to this particularly sharply: for clients with money problems even their mood depends directly on the amount of money they have, unplanned expenses cause anger, and cutting costs does not help put the situation right once and for all either. So how do you stop worrying about it and break the link between your mood and the amount of money? And why are we given these situations at all?
First of all they are given to us simply so that we start moving forward. So that we change something in our life, so that we grow. And all our problems come from our thoughts and beliefs about money. It seems to us that there is no way out, that we did everything we could and it simply did not work. But until we realise that we only need to learn some lesson, and that the situation will then start to change, we will stay where we are. Only when we finally decide once and for all, for ourselves — I do not want this any more and I will not have it, I will make an effort to get out of this. And there are feelings that lead us to poverty, and feelings that lead us to wealth. These are the feelings that drive us into financial pits:
- – Dissatisfaction with yourself
- – Anger
- – Resentment
- – Grievances against people
- – Expecting failure

And these feelings separate us from our true self, from our dreams and from the people we love. We feel incompetent and weak. And these are the feelings that lead us to prosperity and success at work:
- – Joy, enthusiasm
- – Genuine interest
- – Absorption in what you do
And these feelings create a great deal of energy in life. Every one of us has them; what matters is learning to notice them and multiply them! They lead us away from loneliness and help us feel like ourselves.
At first you will experience one set of feelings and then the other in turn, but gradually you can learn to be in a good, balanced state of mind almost all the time — one that we know how to control and maintain ourselves. And that is exactly the aim of my coaching work with people: to help them come out of a wholly negative state, to support them during the period of swinging between the two states, and to teach them to keep themselves in a state of inner balance on their own.
